OPERATIONS

Chris is based in our Toronto office but travels across Canada to oversee production centers in all of the company’s regional offices as well as on-site project teams in remote locations. Over the past four years, Chris has been responsible to oversee the fulfillment of large, complex litigation projects including but not limited to document scanning, coding, unitization, database management, data integration services and web-hosting. Chris has been instrumental in developing and implementing workflow processes, quality control procedures and monitoring productivity levels to ensure projects are completed accurately and in keeping with client timelines. Chris is involved in the company’s ISO certification committee. He has extensive knowledge of the principles of document management which has been beneficial in positioning him as a qualified leader within the operations team.
