Jennifer leads the largest Professional Services Team in Canada including consultants, project managers, case managers, trainers and product specialists. With an M.A. in Education (specializing in Curriculum Design and Organizational Learning) her focus is on customizing and delivering practical solutions that empower all members of the legal team to manage their evidence in a defensible, cost-effective way from case inception to trial.

Her current passion is the development of our new online learning centre, COMMONknowledge which is designed to give legal teams real-time access to meaningful information and resources that will help them manage their case more strategically using technology. Jennifer has been consulting on the best practices for implementing legal technology solutions for over eight years and is certified in industry-leading applications such as Ringtail, iConect, Concordance, Summation (iBlaze/WebBlaze/Enterprise) and Casemap and has a Certificate in Project Management.

Cheryl has ten years of experience in litigation support in both a law firm and vendor environment. She is certified on a number of industry applications, including Casemap, Sanction, Summation (iBlaze/WebBlaze), Ringtail and iConect and maintains a well- deserved reputation for excellence in her field. Her additional experience as an eDiscovery Project Manager adds to her portfolio working with national firms, corporations and government agencies to facilitate the implementation of evidence management standards in daily practice. She is highly experienced in managing and architecting a range of services including Discovery Plan consultations and Trial Support solutions. Cheryl brings a strict adherence to quality and best practices in both her training and consulting.

Marina has been working with legal professionals for over five years and brings ten years of experience in training, customer support and project management. She is a product specialist in Clearwell, Concordance, iConect and Ringtail and prides herself on her ability to develop customized solutions that incorporate defensible early case assessment, searching and review strategies. She has extensive experience facilitating the implementation of evidence management standards through the effective use of technology and enjoys working as part of the client team to help them master effective workflows in their practice.

Robyn is a product specialist in Summation, Concordance, iConect and Ringtail and delivers professional end-user training and Case Management services to our clients. Robyn has a Masters in Education and brings with her 10 years of experience working in litigation support including working in a law firm environment. She has successfully managed several client projects coordinating both onsite and extended team resources and has a reputation for working seamlessly with client teams. Robyn has always prided herself throughout her career with Commonwealth in bringing meaningful solutions to the marketplace, most recently spearheading the content development for our new online learning centre – COMMONknowledge.

Natasha is a bilingual trainer certified in iConect, Ringtail, Summation (iBlaze/ WebBlaze/ Enterprise), Concordance and CaseMap. Her experience in both a law firm environment gives her a unique perspective on the needs of legal professionals using litigation support technology. Natasha has extensive experience as a Project Manager of multifaceted evidence management projects incorporating eDiscovery, searching/culling services, near-duplication tools and web hosting. Her collective experiences enable her to facilitate the development and implementation of effective evidence management strategies and solutions for our most prominent clients.

Ramesh has been part of the Commonwealth Legal team since 2004 and is an expert in database management and workflow design. As an experienced and certified product specialist she is a highly valued member of the client team on complex projects and is respected for her expertise in this area. Ramesh has a reputation for focusing on client needs and for creating meaningful solutions that meet the needs of legal teams. She is responsible for database configuration, workflow design and data modeling for all of the company’s web-hosted application services. Her extensive technical and database knowledge allows her to manage highly complex projects involving multiple parties, multiple applications and varied evidentiary paper and electronic evidence in a defensible manner.

Since Henry Laman started with Commonwealth Legal in 2006, he has been involved in almost every step of the project lifecycle process – from Production to Project Delivery and even some Project Management. Henry is now an accredited administrator for our Web-Hosting solutions, and is responsible for creating secure and effective online databases that meet client needs and ensure data integrity and security requirements. Henry’s exceptional attention to detail and his acute problem solving abilities are crucial to this role. He is a product specialist for numerous applications including iCONECT, Ringtail, Clearwell and CT Summation. Henry takes great pride in his ability to service client needs in a timely and efficient manner and is always looking for ways to improve our service offerings.
