On Thursday, June 16th, The Advocates' Society held their annual End of Term Dinner at the Metro Toronto Convension Center, and Commonwealth Legal had the privilege of supporting this exclusive event as the sponsor and host of keynote speaker, Mayor Naheed Nenshi from the City of Calgary.

This annual black tie event is the largest gathering of members for The Advocates' Society, with approximately 1,400 lawyers and judges coming together to celebrate exceptional advocates and welcome the incoming President. The event is known as Canada’s largest gathering of advocates.

This year, dinner guests were honoured to hear from keynote speaker Mayor Nenshi, who had guests riveted with inspirational stories of leadership and the power of community.
