Client Services Representative – Toronto
Commonwealth Legal Inc, Canada’s Leader in Global Evidence Management Solutions is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, professional individual to join our national sales team in the capacity of Client Services Representative (CSR) for Eastern Canada.
This salaried position will be responsible to provide accessible, knowledgeable and meaningful customer service and sales support to key clients. The role will involve fielding sales calls, qualifying leads, executing conflict of interest searches and coordinating with senior members of the sales, marketing and professional services team. Responsibilities will also include managing the company’s web-based contact management database, developing and managing pricing proposals/templates, distributing sales collateral and coordinating marketing events and initiatives.
The successful candidate must be a confident individual who is looking for an opportunity to work as a member of a high performance sales team. The role demands professional customer service skills and the ability to develop long term, loyalty based relationships with clients based on trust and accountability. While the majority of work will be done within the office, occasional client interfacing meetings will also be required. The successful candidate will be responsible to measure customer satisfaction and to provide comprehensive, accurate documentation and reporting related to sales and marketing activities.

- Minimum Post Secondary Education – Computer or technical training is an asset.
- Bi-lingual in French is considered an asset
