Bio

Alice is a Consultant with Baker Robbins in Seattle, Washington and has consulted with national law firms and corporate legal counsel for over 15 years on litigation support matters. Her practice specialties include addressing workflow process issues of litigation support departments and aligning firm goals with industry best practices.

In recent engagements Alice has mentored and coached administrative, IT and litigation support personnel on:

• litigation support issues
• workflow integration between litigation support, paralegals, and litigators
• as well as large-scale project management for litigation cases

In such projects, she has developed procedures for data processing and electronic discovery; evaluated and facilitated the integration of vendor services; selected and tested litigation support software; performed practice support billing rate analyses; integrated electronic and paper-based information for review and production purposes; and developed curriculum for litigation professionals in core competency, project management, and electronic discovery for litigation training.
