DIGITAL PRINTING & PHOTOCOPYING
One of the most costly and inefficient processes of litigation document management involves photocopying sets of original documents. It can be very time consuming and tedious for a law clerk to take a paper request list, search through filed originals to locate relevant documents, photocopy and organize the duplicates, and then re-file all originals. Depending on the volume of documents involved, countless hours, days or months can be absorbed in these processes.
With litigation support software, Commonwealth Legal can link all of your documents to a searchable database record, allowing for easy document retrieval and printing. Complex searches can be executed instantaneously and as many, or as few, copies of a document can be printed out on demand.
Printed Paper Sets - "Blow Backs"
Definition
For larger volume cases, many lawyers still require a paper set to review. At Commonwealth Legal we operate high-speed Canon® Image Runner printers and high-speed Lexmark® printers that are configured to spool and print large files. Using special batch print and copy software, we can print large batches of scanned images based on a database query, in chronological order or in sequential order. Our digital copying services also allow for the insertion of bates numbers, header and footer labels, annotations or separator sheets into the print process to indicate document breaks and boundary breaks.
You can also rest assured that your document sets are prepared error-free, as we employ validation reports and page number counts during our quality control stages. Do not trust your documents to just any copy house, when Commonwealth Legal can provide your firm with a premium quality level of service, outstanding values and an expertise in document management that is unparalleled.
