ACEDS and Technology in Practice 2016

aceds_logo_blk.pngWe are excited to announce that Mary Mack, an ediscovery pioneer and the Executive Director of ACEDS, the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists, will be participating at Technology in Practice 2016.

“I had the pleasure of working with Karen Brookman on one of my first Canadian eDiscovery projects. I am humbled to be invited to address Canada’s leading eDiscovery experts at TiP. I will be learning far more than my contribution,” said Mary Mack.

Technology in Practice is well-known and well-respected for its educational rigor and networking. The sessions focus on trend forward technical topics, Canadian and international issues and other topics. Mary Mack will be participating in three of these sessions on November 3:

  1. Mastering the Fire Drill: Early Situation Analysis in the Midst of Rapid Requests

  2. From Tug of War to Winning Relay: How Client, Law Firm and Vendor Partnerships are Co-Creating a Better eDiscovery Process

  3. Breaking Ground: Cross-Border Litigation and Investigations

ACEDS has agreed to provide a scholarship for a full package of training, certification and membership to be awarded on the last day of Technology in Practice to one lucky attendee!
