"Technology in Practice, Canada’s largest eDiscovery conference curated by the amazing team at Commonwealth Legal, a Ricoh company, took me by surprise. I heard it was a great event, and I was not disappointed; from my first impression of the Shangri-La Hotel venue - selected personally by the Commonwealth team - to the amazing people and education - I was blown away! The five-star hotel exemplifies Commonwealth Legal’s brand of highly personalized and caring service to their clients and their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect… and it was! Vice President of Commonwealth Legal, Jennifer Johnson, said the design and execution of the entire event was intended to reflect the brand and our desire to promote excellence in eDiscovery standards across the industry.
The costs for taking an event or even a solution to the next level are really incremental but the benefits - although subtle – are often what make the difference on exceptional results and quality.
