Based out of our head office in Toronto, a typical day in her role is spent communicating with clients and internally about current and upcoming complex eDiscovery and review projects. This includes collaborating with other Ricoh leaders to troubleshoot issues, creatively problem-solve, and revise internal processes and procedures as needed to ensure an accurate and defensible review result.
