ralph-loseyWe are pleased to announce Ralph Losey, National eDiscovery Counsel for Jackson Lewis P.C., as a Technology in Practice 2014 Keynote Speaker.

Ralph Losey is the National eDiscovery Counsel for Jackson Lewis P.C., a US labor and employment law firm with over 800 attorneys in 52 offices throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Since 2006, Mr. Losey has dedicated his law practice to ediscovery-related topics and has experience in Commercial Litigation as a practicing lawyer since 1980. He is an author and frequent speaker at ediscovery CLEs around the world, and is a leading contributor in the field of legal search, including recent landmark decisions on the use of predictive coding, and scientific experiments testing various predictive coding methodologies.

Mr. Losey’s legal practice areas include Electronic Discovery law, including especially predictive coding search and review, and training in best practices.

Ralph is a prolific author on ediscovery, writing an average of one post per week on his eDiscovery Team Blog; a blog known and followed by many Canadian legal professionals. His works include five books on electronic discovery law in the past five years. His last book is a multi-media iBook e-Discovery Stories from the Cutting Edge of Law and Technology (2012) designed for iPads and downloadable from iTunes.
