David A. Greetham, Vice President of eDiscovery Sales and Operations, Ricoh USA, Inc.

Throughout his career, David has been retained by law firms and corporations as a Testifying and Consulting Expert in the areas of Computer Forensics, eDiscovery and Information Governance. Additionally, he has been responsible for forensic examinations of computer systems involved in theft of trade secrets, internet misuse, harassment, murder, fraud and alleged spoliation. David is a sought after thought leader and frequent speaker and author on the topics of digital forensics, eDiscovery and secure cloud operations.

David has testified as a computer forensics expert on many occasions both nationally and internationally and is the inventor of Remlox™ a patented, remote forensic collection tool which has been used in 37 different countries and is the recipient of the coveted Ricoh Global “Star Patent Award”. David also holds many other patents in relation to eDiscovery technology.

Jean E. Lewis, Principal, Kramon & Graham PA

Jean Lewis has more than 25 years of experience in trying and litigating complex civil cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. As a leader of the firm's commercial litigation group, she has significant experience representing clients in professional liability claims, bankruptcy-related litigation, class actions, business disputes, and other commercial litigation.Her representations include multinational law firms, one of the world's largest hotel companies, bankruptcy trustees, corporate directors and officers, businesses, and local governments. In addition to jury trials in courts around the country, Jean represents clients in bankruptcy adversary proceedings, commercial arbitration and internal investigations. She has published several papers on arbitration in Maryland.

Before entering private practice, Jean served as the Deputy Director of the Mayor of Baltimore City's Office on Criminal Justice. She also tried cases as a public defender in Alameda County, California, and worked as an advocate for children at Legal Services for Children, Inc., in San Francisco.

Mary is known for her skills in relationship and community building as well as for the depth of her e-discovery knowledge. Frequently sought out by media for comment on industry issues, she has spoken at venues including Gartner Symposium, the American Bar Association International Law Committee, the Association of Corporate Counsel annual conference, and others.

Mary is the author of A Process of Illumination: The Practical Guide to Electronic Discovery, considered by many to be the first popular book on e-discovery. She is the co-editor of the Thomson Reuters West treatise, eDiscovery for Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining ACEDS, Mary most recently served in a leadership role for ZyLab, a global provider of e-discovery and intelligent information governance software. Before that, she was with Fios, Inc. a provider of e-discovery services to Fortune 1,000 corporations and major law firms. A member of the Illinois State Bar, Mary received her bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College and her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
