Eric Mandel, Director of Solutions Architecture, Ricoh USA, Inc.
Eric serves on the RICOH eDiscovery leadership team and is responsible for supervising a team of expert Solutions Architects who support eDiscovery sales and operations. He serves on multiple industry policy and standards setting bodies. Eric is a member of the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and has been an active participant on multiple drafting committees, including The Sedona Principles, Third Edition, and Sedona’s recommendations to the Federal Rules Advisory Committee. He also serves as the chair of the board of directors and president of the Legal Technology Professionals Institute (LTPI). Prior to LTPI, Eric was the vice-chair of the EDRM Institute. He holds the CIPP/US certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals and the CEDS certification from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.
